In 2023, I was given the opportunity to join a group of animation and film students to travel to Winton (Guwa-Koa Country) and join the Kolperi Outback Filmmaking for two weeks.

I explored a mixed media style of animation combining live action footage with 2D drawings.

Preliminary Tests

Before having my final animation, I wanted to test different visuals to see what would work best.

The experimentation was very helpful in determining the final aesthetic of the animation.
